    Abby Parker ’19 has committed to be a Division I fencer at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Now officially a UNC Tar Heel, Abby was a District 3 Girls’ Saber Champion and garnered All-State recognition while with the Minutemen.

    Newark Academy’s Victoria Pevzner ’24 won the gold medal in fencing for girl’s foil, 12 and under, at the North American Cup Tournament in Cleveland, Ohio last month. Check out the video of her final bout here.

  • New Head Coach of the Varsity Field Hockey Team

    The Athletics Department is excited to announce that Noelle Shirey will be the new head coach of the varsity field hockey program. Noelle joined the NA community in July 2018 as the assistant director for alumni annual giving in the Office of Institutional Advancement and was the head coach for the junior varsity field hockey team in the fall. This spring, she is the head coach for the girls’ junior varsity lacrosse team.
