Taking it to the Next Level

Newark Academy’s academic and athletic programs have a proven track record for preparing our student-athletes to not only participate at the collegiate level, but to excel upon arriving there. Student-athletes at Newark Academy benefit from skills development and elite competition on the field and a first-rate education off of it.

Minuteman coaches and athletics staff work closely with college counselors and academic leadership to support student-athletes interested in playing at the next level.  Newark Academy helps identify and evaluate opportunities that are right for each student from an academic and athletic standpoint. Over the past five years, NA’s graduating class has included an average of ten student-athletes who have been recruited to play for their college or university. In 2024, Newark Academy committed 16 graduates to collegiate athletics, one of the largest classes in school history.
