Lisa Grider Appointed to CASE's Commission on Philanthropy

Lisa Grider, Newark Academy’s assistant head of school for external affairs, was appointed to the Council for Advancement and Support for Education (CASE)'s Commission on Philanthropy and begins a a three-year term on July 1, 2021. 

The CASE Commission on Philanthropy, which is composed of 16 educational advancement professionals from around the world, supports the creation and dissemination of knowledge in the advancement disciplines. The focus of the commission is to examine and evaluate professional practices and to develop and monitor advancement programs and services to ensure that they reflect current knowledge, emerging issues and trends, and the highest ethical and professional standards.

Lisa joined Newark Academy in 2008 and guides the school's non-academic departments that most frequently engage with constituents beyond the campus. Her full bio can be found here.
