NA Athletes - join us for speed training sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 4 and 5pm, beginning July 6! Improve your running mechanics, acceleration, power, speed and agility through fun and engaging drills that will also develop balance, coordination and strength. We will meet at the weight room and proceed to a field or indoor gym. Come with your team or by yourself; by improving on the individual we improve upon the collective so come challenge yourself and have a great time with your fellow student-athletes.
