2018 Immersion Night, May 17

The Immersion Night for students who are traveling on faculty-led immersion and for students who have been approved for external immersions for the 2018 summer is on May 17. Students and at least one legal guardian are required to attend this meeting. The evening will begin at 7:00pm in Rose Auditorium where Dean of Students Pegeen Galvin will inform the families about the school rules and the responsibilities that the students assume when they travel on their immersion. At 7:30pm, we will transition to individual rooms based on programs. At these breakout sessions, leaders will review the itinerary, emergency cards, CDC website, State Department updates, etc., as well as discuss our final preparations. We will aim to finish the evening by 8:45pm.
