Science Editor at Ars Technica Dr. John Timmer Speaks to NA's STEM Journal Students

On October 14, Science Editor at Ars Technica, Dr. John Timmer, came to speak to students starting their own STEM journal at NA.

As the Senior Science Editor at Ars Technica, John writes, edits, and manages a team of other writers. Prior to his career in journalism, John received a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Columbia University and a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. He's done more than a decade's worth of research in genetics and developmental biology, and has taught journalism, scientific writing, and science communications.
