Five NA Photography Students Earn Inspired Minds Accolades

Five Newark Academy freshman photography students were recognized by the Inspired Minds: Young Artist Exhibition. Four students – Duncan Cheng ’25, Sachi Goel ’25, Gracie Kelly ’25 and Jadyn Soares ’25 – were selected out of 1,000 entries by a jury of distinguished artists, photographers and curators to be included in this year’s exhibit at the South Orange Performing Arts Center. Zachary Shoman ’25 earned an honorable mention.

Inspired Minds: Young Arts Exhibition is a celebration of young artists in the Northern New Jersey region. The exhibition provides an opportunity for young artists to have a comprehensive professional experience: from submission, selection and exhibition to the sale of their art.
