Third Annual 8th Grade Science Fair, March 9
The 8th Grade Science Fair will take place on March 9, from 8:15-9am, in the Great Hall. The primary objective of the Science Fair is to promote critical thinking and scientific problem solving through hands-on experimentation and observation.
Students will be expected to:
- Ask a question and form a hypothesis
- Design an experiment to test that hypothesis
- Make observations, organize data, analyze results and draw conclusions
- Write about the scientific research conducted
- Present their findings to their classmates and school community
