Newark Academy Boy's fencing sweep quad meet!
In our first test of the season, navigating through the deep, murky waters of New Jersey High School Fencing, NA Boy's team proved themseves formidable contenders, as they swept all three teams during Saturday's quad match. With a dominating presence, the Minutemen commanded the strips in all three weapons, advancing to a 3-0 start to the regular season.
Senior and captain Benjy Berkowitz finished the day 8-1, while senior Logan Rechler (9-0) and sophmore John Steinmetz (8-0) were undefeated on the day.
