Charles Mingus Festival and Competition, April 22
On April 22, Chameleon and the Newark Academy Combo will perform as finalists in the Charles Mingus Festival and Competition. This is a national competition, which will have programs from Colorado, Oregon, Oklahoma, and New York. They will be performing on the Rutgers Newark Campus at the Great Hall. The combo performs at 9:00am and Chameleon at 1:45pm. The event is open to the public.
