SAT/ACT Prep For Grades 10-12

  • SAT/PSAT Course - Grades 10-12

    Session Dates and Tuition: June 24 - July 5*; July 8 -July 19, $550
    Times:
    1:00-3:00 pm

    This two-week course meets two hours per day and prepares students for the new digital form of both the SAT and PSAT exams. Over the course of the 20 hours, students will learn skills and strategies to succeed on the Math, Reading, and Writing & Language sections of the test. Students will rotate through the three sections with three specialized instructors, spending an hour at a time in each classroom, for six one-hour lessons on each part of the exam. By the end of the two weeks, all students will possess the confidence and know-how to maximize their individual performance on the SAT exam.

    *There are no classes on Thursday, July 4.  Students enrolling in the first session of the SAT course will meet on Monday July 1 from 1:00-4:00 pm. and Tuesday July 2 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm.

  • ACT Course - Grades 10-12

    Session Dates and Tuition: July 22 - August 2, $550
    Times:
    1:00-3:00 pm

    This two-week course meets two hours per day and prepares students for the ACT standardized test.  Over the duration of the course, students will learn both skills and strategies to succeed on the English, Math, Reading & Science sections of the test, as well as on the optional Writing/ Essay section.  Students will rotate through the four sections with specialized instructors on a schedule that provides 4-5 hours of instruction for each section.  By the end of the two weeks, all students will possess the confidence and know-how to maximize their individual performance on the ACT exam.
