This course will help students improve their basic sports skills. Students will learn and develop the fundamentals of both physical health and skill-related fitness concepts, such as agility, coordination, and balance, while also incorporating them into both gameplay and their everyday lives. As students rotate through one-week units on sports like volleyball, basketball, and soccer, the course will emphasize skills fundamentals, rules, gameplay, good sportsmanship, fitness, and, most importantly, fun! Classes will take place in the Wrightson Gym and Danco Fitness Center, as well as on the outdoor athletic fields. Students may enroll for the full six weeks or select a three-week enrollment.
