In this one-week institute, you will learn research and debate skills while gaining a greater awareness of global affairs through intensive Model United Nations training. You will be coached in position paper research and writing, debate rules and speaking skills, resolution writing, and strategies to win over the committee. This program is designed for students who are Model UN novices or who have attended one conference. An abbreviated Model UN committee simulation at the end of the week will round out the institute.
