How do scientists study the brain, behavior, cognition, and learning? In this one-week course we explore an introduction to neuroscience and examine the inner workings of the neuron. Students work towards an understanding of how these neurons come together to produce everyday human behaviors. Students engage in laboratories and research projects, and they learn critical skills for evaluating scientific publications in the field.
