Operations Support: tables will be set up in a U-shape around the perimeter of the dining room, and then a smaller square of tables in the middle ( I think we used 8 long tables to create the square in the center). This should allow enough room for people to move freely through the dining hall for the fair.
The 2 tables in the front lobby will be set up for registration
Operations Support: Setup requested at 1:30PM; move all tables out; set up orchestra facing east (audience facing west ); 40 red chairs and 40 stands; keyboard and percussion from room 46 as per Amy's instructions. 200 audience, 50+on stage. Also two tables in the Hallway for beverages. One table in the far back of the Dining Room for refreshments for the performers.
