    US Information Session II (Check-In 8:30)

    NA Building / Campus
    Food Service:  Wrightson Gym:(set up by 8:00am - go until 12:00pm)

    - 12 chairs on ground in front of the stage facing the audience
    - Please close red curtain on stage
    - Set up podium to the right of the stage
    Wrightson Gym:
    - 3 8ft tables in middle of hall wall opposite the podium
    - Pipe and drape and staging with Ad Lumen podium with microphone
    - Best 2 coatracks set up in Jr. corridor on the same side as Wrightson Gym
    - 10 cocktail tables spread out from half court
    Upper School Academic Wing:
    - Unlock and prop open all classroom doors for tour guides
    - Turn on lights in all US classrooms, Dining Hall, Library, Great Hall , Wrestling Gym, Fencing Gym, Kirby Gym, Fitness Center, and Swimming Pool.
    - Window shades in classrooms adjusted half way up

    Middle School:
    - Set up the MS Commons so that the blue couches are on the ground floor
    - All classrooms should be propped open with the lights on
    Shades in all classrooms should be raised up
    - Stairwell doors propped open
    - MS Office area lights should be on
    Turn on lights in Dining Hall, College counseling, Library, Great Hall, Wrestling Gym, Fencing Gym, Kirby Gym, Fitness Center, and Swimming Pool.
    - All doors to be unlocked from 8:00am-1:00pm
