  • Upper School Academics

    • In 1991, NA was the first school in New Jersey authorized to offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program. Coursework prepares students for 23 different IB exams across all subject areas. NA students had a 100 percent diploma pass rate in 2021.
    • In May 2022:
      • 180 students completed a total of 605 IB examinations.
      • 163 students sat for a total of 190 Advanced Placement (AP) tests.
    • 66 members of the Class of 2023 are pursuing the full IB diploma.
    • Approximately 95 percent of the Class of 2023 is enrolled in at least one IB course.
    • Approximately 60 percent of students enroll in art classes beyond the 1-year graduation requirement.
    • NA offers six opportunities for extended off-campus study for rising 10th and 11th grade students across the country and around the world.

  • Middle School Academics

    • 40 percent of the Class of 2027 is enrolled in an Upper School math class.
    • Over the course of three years in Middle School, students spend 10 nights on overnight, experiential school trips.
    • The Wilf Middle School building has 10 dedicated classrooms, three fully-equipped science labs, and two common spaces for student gatherings and an outdoor play area.
