Summer

Summer programs at Newark Academy

For more than 50 years, the Newark Academy Summer Program has been a leader in offering rigorous and engaging, summer learning experiences for children in grades 1-12. Operating annually from late June through early August, the NA summer program provides a variety of opportunities. Students can participate in dynamic classroom spaces — science labs, music and art studios — and on NA's spacious athletic fields.

Summer at NA allows students to:

-  Increase their skill-level, so they are better prepared for a return to school in the fall
- Engage in experiential learning opportunities for participation and reflection
- Gain new perspectives from peers and instructors, who encourage development and growth

Your Health and Safety

The Newark Academy campus is currently open for all students to learn in-person. We are planning to offer our traditional on-campus Newark Academy programs this summer. Should public health conditions change, we will adjust our programs accordingly. Learn more about how we are upholding the health and safety of our community by viewing our COVID-19 Protocols for Summer Programs

We look forward to welcoming students for summer 2021!
Our programs are offered from June 28- August 6
