Summer Learning Experiences at Newark Academy
For more than 50 years, the Newark Academy Summer Program has been a leader in offering rigorous and engaging summer learning experiences for children. Operating annually from late June through early August, the NA summer program provides a variety of opportunities. Students in grades K-12 can participate in dynamic classroom spaces — science labs, music and art studios — and on NA's spacious athletic fields.

Academic & Enrichment Courses
Experiences that encourage meaningful discovery and critical thinking, while providing opportunities to earn advanced credit.

Jump Start Courses
Special courses uniquely crafted for young learners entering first and second grade.

Summer Athletic Camps
Students will increase their athletic skills through a variety of fun-filled sports.

NA-X Courses
A variety of one and two-week-long courses to EXplore an array of subjects, engage in EXperiential learning and learn EXclusively from Newark Academy faculty and administrators.

Mott-Leeney Baseball Camp
An opportunity for student-athletes, ages 5-13, to explore their passion for baseball, while receiving top-notch instruction at one of the finest athletic facilities in the region.

JTole Summer Jazz Camp
A one-of-a-kind experience for students in Grades 6-12 who want to study jazz or start playing jazz.
